At Candles By AnnaZ we do not over inflate our prices to cover the cost of postage, nor do we offer a 'Flat Rate' which also inccurs a product price increase. We do none of these!
What we offer our Customers is a true and correct shipping price to your location via a shipping quote, with FREE insurance. Simply shop and message us for a true, fair shipping price.

We do not have flat delivery rates. Because of the wide range and bulky nature of our products freight is calculated on the total actual weight and/or cubic weight of the items ordered. This is worked out after we receive your order.

Delivery Quote

​

To obtain a delivery quote, place your order online and choose to pay by Direct Deposit. We will calculate the delivery charge and send an email with the total amount owing including the delivery charge. If you wish to proceed with the quote then payment can be made by direct deposit, or credit card over the phone. Our bank details are below. Please ensure you quote your order number and business name/surname as a reference when making the payment.

You will receive 2 emails. The first confirming the order. Then a second with the applicable delivery charge included, which is the email you must respond to.

Unless specified otherwise the default delivery instructions are : Home Address - Leave at front door in shade if not in. Business Address - M-F 9-5pm.

Order Online and choose Pay by Direct Deposit
